Ukraine: A Russian missile attack killed 10 people and wounded 44 in Ukraine's Black Sea port of Odesa, authorities said. Separately, eleven people, including two children, were killed and 89 injured when a Russian missile hit a residential building in northeastern city of Sumy late on Sunday.
